Warranty Policy

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. For warranty coverage, be sure to inspect the product upon delivery. If you detect any damage, file a report and do not accept the product. Any modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy

If the product you purchased through our website is faulty, you must contact us via the online support section on our page within 7 days of delivery. Following this information, you will return the faulty product to us via the courier company and we will replace it with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by customer use or has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. Product returns and exchanges are subject to the requirements of Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
