Sales Agreement
This is a Virtual Sales Agreement between AKF Architecture Construction Trade Ltd. Co. and the Customer.
Article 1
The subject of this agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, sold by the seller to the buyer.

BUYER INFORMATION
All members: All buyers who register and shop at http://topraksizziraat.com, the e-commerce store of AKF Architecture Construction Trade Ltd. Co. (hereinafter referred to as "buyer" or "customer").

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the goods/products or services are as stated on the website, and these commitments are subject to change without notice to the buyer.

Article 5
GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 - The BUYER declares that he/she has read and is aware of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and all preliminary delivery information regarding the product subject to the contract specified in Article 4, and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
5.2 - The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the buyer or the person or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the time specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the buyer's residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
5.3 - If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person or organization other than the buyer, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the delivery person or organization's refusal to accept the delivery. 5.4 The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that the product subject to this contract is delivered intact, complete, and complies with the specifications specified in the order, along with any warranty documents and user manuals.
5.5 - Delivery of the product subject to this contract requires that this contract be electronically approved and the sales price be paid using the payment method chosen by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is cancelled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
5.6 - If the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the SELLER the product price due to unauthorized or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons not due to the BUYER's fault after the product is delivered, the BUYER must return the product delivered to the SELLER or the person or institution specified in the sales contract to the SELLER within 3 business days. In such a case, shipping costs will be borne by the SELLER. The responsibility of the delivery is borne by the buyer.
5.7 - If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or transportation interruptions, the SELLER is obligated to notify the buyer. In this case, the buyer may exercise one of the following rights: cancellation of the order, replacement of the product subject to the contract with a comparable product, if any, and/or postponement of the delivery period until the impeding condition is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the SELLER will initiate proceedings with the relevant bank within 7 days to cancel the credit card receipt and refund the relevant amount to the buyer's account. The transaction will be notified to the BUYER via email. In such a case, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the relevant bank.
5.8 - In the event that the products delivered to the BUYER and/or the person and/or institution to which the BUYER requested delivery are defective or damaged, the warranty will apply. For the necessary repair or replacement, the relevant product(s) must be returned to the SELLER within seven (7) days of the date the BUYER receives the product, and the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER. In such a case, if the seven-day period expires, the BUYER must return the product to the relevant service center.
5.9- This contract shall become effective upon electronic confirmation by the BUYER (after the membership is completed) and delivery to the address .................................
